Con la tarifa viaja SEGURO en colaboración con FlexMyRoom, tienes hasta 25 justificaciones para cancelar tu viaje o reducir la estancia sin tener que renunciar al dinero ya pagado. Porque somos conscientes de que siempre puede haber imprevistos y tenemos que estar preparados para ello.

¿Cuáles son las coberturas de mi seguro?

Las siguientes cantidades indican el máximo que la Aseguradora te reembolsará.

• Gastos de cancelación hotelera, hasta 500 €
• Reembolso de vacaciones no disfrutadas, hasta 3.000 €.
• Robo y daños materiales al equipaje, hasta 600 €.
• Búsqueda, localización y envío de equipajes extraviados en vuelo regular.
• Asistencia médica y sanitaria, hasta 1.000 €.
•  Importante: Se requiere la autorización previa por parte de la Aseguradora llamando al +34 93 300 10 50.
• Gastos odontológicos, hasta 250 €.
• Responsabilidad civil, hasta 30.000 €.

¿Cómo funciona la asistencia en viaje?

¿Cuáles son los motivos justificados para la cancelación?

• Debido al fallecimiento, a la hospitalización como mínimo de una noche, enfermedad grave o accidente corporal grave.
• Convocatoria del Asegurado como parte, testigo o jurado en un Tribunal Civil, Penal, Laboral.
• La convocatoria como miembro de una mesa electoral para las elecciones de ámbito estatal, autonómico o municipal.
• La Presentación a exámenes de oposiciones oficiales convocadas a través de un organismo público con posterioridad a la suscripción del seguro. Esta presentación puede ser tanto en calidad de opositor o como miembro del tribunal.
• Los daños graves ocasionados por incendio, explosión, robo o por la fuerza de la naturaleza, en su residencia principal o secundaria, o en su local profesional si el asegurado ejerce una profesión liberal o dirige una empresa y fuese necesaria imperativamente su presencia.
• Debido al despido laboral del Asegurado. En ningún caso entrará en vigor esta garantía por término del contrato laboral, renuncia voluntaria o por la no superación del período de prueba. En todo caso, el seguro deberá haberse suscrito antes de la comunicación escrita por parte de la Empresa al trabajador.
• La incorporación a un nuevo puesto de trabajo, en una empresa distinta a la que desempeñaba el trabajo, con contrato laboral superior a seis meses y siempre que la incorporación se produzca con posterioridad a la inscripción del viaje y, por lo tanto, a la suscripción del Seguro.
• Declaración de la renta realizada paralelamente, efectuada por el Ministerio de Economía y Hacienda que de como resultado un importe a pagar por el asegurado superior a 600 €.
• Acto de piratería aérea, terrestre o naval que imposibilite al asegurado iniciar su viaje en las fechas previstas.
• Llamada para intervención quirúrgica del asegurado, así como de pruebas médicas previas a dicha intervención. (Incluye trasplante de órganos como receptor o donante).
• Llamada para pruebas médicas del asegurado o familiares de primer o segundo grado, realizadas por la Sanidad Pública con carácter de urgencia, siempre que estén justificadas por la gravedad del caso.

¿A quién cubre el seguro?

El seguro cubre a quien realiza la reserva y todos sus acompañantes. Es importante que los incluyas en la póliza en la web app.flexmyroom.com para que queden totalmente cubiertos o en caso contrario no tendremos forma de identificarlos.

Si estás realizando la reserva para una tercera persona debes asegurarte de que quede incluida en la póliza a través de app.flexmyroom.com.

¿Qué pasa si no me presento y no aviso?

En ese caso se perderá todo derecho a reclamar ningún tipo de compensación.

What are the justified reasons for cancellation?
